Refund policy

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions, 2010), you have the right to cancel your transaction and return purchased clothing items under the following terms:

CANCELLATION PERIOD
You may cancel a transaction and return clothes within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the disclosure document/receipt, whichever is later.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the clothing item must satisfy all of the following:
1. The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
3. The original store tags and labels must still be attached and intact.
4. You must provide the invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.

CANCELLATION FEES (Israeli Law)
In accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations, if you cancel a transaction for reasons other than a product defect, non-conformance, or delivery delay:
- A cancellation fee of 5% of the item's price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.
- You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our facility.
- If the return is due to a defect, non-conformance, or error on our part, no cancellation fee will be charged, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days, minus any legally applicable cancellation fees.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same product, please contact us at contact@level3hm.com first to check stock availability and receive return instructions.

EXCLUSIONS
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized apparel items are non-returnable and non-refundable under Israeli law, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
