SHIPPING POLICY
FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING TIMES
We do our best to process and pack your order as quickly as possible.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Please note that business days in Israel are Sunday through Thursday. Processing and dispatch do not take place on Israeli weekends (Friday and Saturday) or local national and religious holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within Israel)
- We offer standard domestic shipping options to all locations in Israel.
- Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping (3-7 business days).
- Domestic shipping is free on orders over 250 NIS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship to most countries worldwide!
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.
- International Shipping (10-21 business days). Times may vary depending on local customs clearance procedures.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of the State of Israel:
- Your package may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches your borders.
- All such additional fees, customs duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer (the buyer). LEVEL3 has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- In the event that a package is refused by the customer due to customs duties or import taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
Please verify that your shipping address is 100% accurate before finalizing your purchase. LEVEL3 is not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
